Seatec is the International Exhibition of Technology, Subcontracting and Design for boats, megayachts and ships. At the 12th edition, Seatec takes place together with Compotec, the international fair dedicated to composites.

Seatec is the only exhibition in Italy exclusively focused on boatyards and shipyards suppliers and a unique appointment for professionals to meet and find new business opportunities.

Our exhibitors are companies involved in the production of components, equipment, electronics and automation, mechanical parts, raw materials, third parties works, design and services for the marine industry.

Our targeted visitors are:

  • Ship owners
  • Ports and port authorities
  • Importers and distributors of raw materials, instruments and finished goods
Besides the high quality of the exhibiting companies, Seatec focuses on the investigation of technical problems through a rich schedule of events, conference and meetings. More over, each edition is enriched by the prestigious awards organized by Carrarafiere and presented to visitors in a dedicated area:

MYDA, Millenium Yacht Design Award is dedicated to the new projects of designers, both professionals and beginners.

Qualitec Technology and Qualitec Design Award, are reserved to the Exhibitors showing their tech-innovations and for the design solutions which better respect the exigences of life on board.

Since a few editions, Seatec approaches important environmental issues also through the initiative GreenTec, the green leaf which highlights the Exhibitors that indicated their products/services as environmentally friendly.

The positive outcomes of the latest editions is also due to organization of foreign delegations, coming from strategic areas for the marine industry; the aim of the project is the organization of B2B meetings, a precious opportunity reserved to all our exhibitors. During last Seatec Compotec, more than 700 meetings took place between the foreign delegates and the exhibiting companies.
